By accessing or using Otakora (“the site”, “the marketplace”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Otakora is a South African online marketplace operated by Otakora (Pty) Ltd. We sell Pokémon TCG cards, sealed products and accessories to verified buyers within South Africa.

2. Account registration

You must register a verified email address to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment via Payfast. We reserve the right to cancel orders where stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected.

4. Shipping

We ship within South Africa using The Courier Guy. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days for major centres and 3–7 business days for outlying areas. 5. Returns and refunds

Sealed products are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Raw single cards may only be returned if damaged in transit or materially different from the listing, reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Graded slabs are sold with the assigned third-party grade and are only returnable if cracked/damaged in transit or the wrong slab was shipped. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Authenticity and grading

Graded cards are sold as-is with the grading company’s assigned grade. Raw cards are described to the best of our ability but are not professionally graded. Otakora is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA, CGC, TAG, BGS, ACE or any other brand shown.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use bots, abuse our rate limits, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in account termination.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
